As a part time amateur film critic, I would say three things about the trailer(if you'll forgive me): 1. the actors are not convincing; and 2. getting shot by an arrow doesn't cause a fall backwards as if being wounded by a shotgun; and 3. the audio is too loud when the actors are speaking.
Three good things about the trailer were: 1. good lighting; and 2. beautiful scenery; and 3. sweet special effects.
The trailer won't prevent me from checking the book out, that's for sure. I am pleased with the attention book trailers are receiving. Thanks for the blog and video.
Admittedly, I am not a big fan of book trailers. I don't know why. It might be because despite the details the authors provide, I like to fill in the blanks myself and let my mind create the characters. Watching a book trailer doesn't let me do that because it gives the characters life before I read the story and then I remember them as the characters. However, I was impressed with this one. I may have to make an exception on occasion. :) Kendra
I am not really a big fan of book trailers, but I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee Under the Never Sky. I think they did a pretty good job of picking actors, but I'm not a big fan of the actor they chose for Perry. Thanks for sharing!!! :D Alyssa S.
Wow, just wow! I haven't read Under the Never Sky, but the trailer looks amazing. And I heard rumors that there's going to be a movie based on this book. Thanks for stopping by, following you back on GFC and Linky. Happy Easter! :)
I find this new phenomenon of book trailers a new avenue and chance for authors, but it also can be a horrible way to introduce a book if the trailer is not very good. THIS was a great one however!
I saw the trailer and rushed out to buy the book. I almost think it's my best read of 2012. And I've read a far number of books already! I just loved it. Gwynneth http://todayinshenaya.blogspot.com
I have serious lip envy of that woman! So luscious! Awesome trailer- thanks for sharing! x

I've never heard of a trailer for books, how awesome! I might go catch some on Youtube and make myself a to-read list :)
